Accounts Payable Specialist
Permanent Position

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic and international team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with early to mid-level experience.

Key Responsibilities
-Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
-Manage daily vendor inquiries via email and Team interaction in French.
-Support in execution of payment runs and perform vendor account reconciliations.
-Support month-end closing activities and ad-hoc requests.

Ideal Candidate Profile
-Proactive and autonomous work style
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Team player with strong interpersonal skills
-Team player with strong interpersonal skills
-French (Written comprehension above average) Required for day-to-day tasks, effective team integration, and internal communication
-English knowledge is a plus.
-1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience (Oracle is a plus)
-Ability to quickly integrate and hit the ground running.
